My dear,
Your life is a journey toward your Soul Self. It is a remembering of your Soul Qualities while integrating the beliefs, values, and behaviors of your family, your culture, your world.
The first and most crucial stop along your life's conscious journey is to identify and embrace your Soul Qualities.
These are your Essence characteristics. Who you are at the Soul level. The part of you who came from Spirit, chooses (or not) the Path of Enlightenment, and returns to Spirit.
The Path of Enlightenment is a conscious journey to enhance your Soul qualities.
You have a choice. In every moment you have a choice. You can choose the Path of Habit - based on learned values, beliefs, and behaviors which have often buried themselves in your subconscious, OR you can become aware of your choices, and know them through the veil of original thinking, and choose the Path of Enlightenment.
What is Original Thinking?
When you were born, you maintained the Essence of your Soul...you knew your Purpose for this life...you knew your Soul Qualities...you were at One with All-That-Is.
As you journied into childhood, most of you covered up your Soul Truths with the Temporary Truths of your family and culture.
These Temporary Truths served you well. They helped you thrive, and perhaps survive, in the world of your family.
You may liken it to visiting a foreign country. When you arrive you observe their values, beliefs and behaviors through the veil of your birth country's values, beliefs and behaviors. While visiting the foreign country you maintain your learned valued, beliefs and behaviors.
However, should you choose to make your home there, you gradually adopt their ways. This is how you learn to thrive in a foreign culture. The longer you live in the foreign culture, the more remote your original ways become.
If you do not adopt the ways of your adopted country, you will feel an outsider. You will be seen as one who is different and will not be fully accepted.
Whenever you meet someone from your country of origin, your feel at ease, as if you can be your Self. You no longer need to be consciously aware of your ways - it is as if you have returned home.
It is the same when at any time in your life you meet someone from your Soul Family. You feel as if you know this person. You are immediately at ease. It is as if you can communicate telepathically. There is a familiarity which is beyond words.
These feelings, which are beyond words, are Soul Truths.
When you are in the Truth of your Soul, you are on the Path of Enlightenment. You know you are these because a deep sense of peace and belonging envelope you. You feel safe. You feel free to BE your true Self. You have returned to your Original Thinking.
How can I enter the state of Be-ing?
This is the crucial choice you make. And, my dear, you make this choice moment-to-moment.
The first step, the baby step, if you will, is to identify your Soul Qualities.
How can I identify my Soul Qualities?
Take a moment now to recall a moment in your life. Imagine your Self holding a baby in your arms. Notice how tenderly you hold this vulnerable being. Your natural state - your Soul Quality - is to Be Tender.
Now imagine the baby gazes directly into your eyes. What do you feel? As you look into the eyes of this being who has recently arrived into your world, you sense a deep wisdom. It is as if you have dropped into a pool of eternal knowledge. Another of your Soul Qualities is reflected in this baby's eyes - to Be Wise and Knowing.
Continue delving into the pool of wisdom. How do you feel?
Notice that your body is at peace. Another of your Soul Qualities is to be Peace-full.
Feel your heart. It is full of compassion and hope for this child. Other Soul Qualities are Compassion and Hope-full.
Allow your Self to spend a few more moments in this state of imagination, this state of simply Be-ing. Notice what your FEEL when you re safe to BE you.
In your journal,make note of your Soul Qualities. Write now. Right now.
Then allow your Self the gift of time. Time to BE. There is nothing to DO in this moment.
As you allow your Self to BE -you have entered a moment of healing. A moment of clarity. A step along your Path towards Enlightenment.
My dear, please allow this moment in your life. We understand your rush to DO. It is a large part of your culture's beliefs, values, and behaviors. Your culture implants early in your life the belief that your personal value, your worth, is measured externally by how much you DO.
Look back over your life. You were praised for your accomplishments. You received trophies for finishing first or best. Did you ever receive a trophy based on your BEing?
Such a gift can best be given to you by you. Confirming for your Self that your natural way of BEing is as you experience a new born child - open, vulnerable, tender, wise, knowing, peaceful, compassionate, hopeful...
How can I integrate the values, beliefs, and behaviors of my culture with my Soul Qualities? What if they are in conflict? How can I move forward toward Enlightenment when my culture does not value Enlightenment?
My dear, your imagination is the doorway to your sub-conscious. Your sub-conscious houses the Truths of your Soul. It speaks to your in metaphors, as there is no language which can capture the language of the Soul. Your imagination is one of the gifts from Spirit. Use it as a tool for your personal and spiritual transformation.
Allow your Self now to go back in history. Imagine that your are a founding member of your country. Do it now. Right now.
Look around the room at the other Founding Members. Be in your Soul Self as your eyes sweep the room.
What are the values of these innovative Be-ings? What are their hopes for your country? Do they want your country to be controlling? Impulsive? Uninformed? Hurtful? Uncaring? Fatalistic?
Or do they want your country to be Tender with those who are young and less fortunate? Wise in its decisions? Knowledgeable and respectful of other country's values, beliefs, and behaviors? Peaceful in its intentions towards other cultures? Compassionate for those who are different? Hopeful that as a nation you can continue to Be tender, wise, knowledgeable,peaceful and compassionate?
My dear, your culture values enlightenment at the very core of its existence.
A culture develops a personality just as a be-ing develops a personality. The personality is simply a facade. It is temporary and change-able. It shows itself differently when it is in fear than when it feels safe and secure. How does your country respond when it feels threatened?
Compare your country's response to that of a child. Image a 6-year-old comfortably snuggling next to his Grandfather who is reading him a bedtime story. The child feels tender, wise, knowing, peaceful, compassionate and hopeful.
Now image that same child as he is threatened by a bully. He fears that his precious new bike will be forcefully taken and destroyed. He intuitively want to preserve and protect the sense of freedom and independence his bike provides. How does he respond when his way of life is threatened? How does his personality change?
How does a teenager respond to a threat? A young adult? A mature adult?
And yet the core qualities, the Soul qualities, of this person remain constant. Underneath his various reactions he IS the same. He DOes things differently. His soul's journey, his purpose in life, is to enhance his innate Soul qualities.
He does this most effectively through opposites.
How do I enhance my Soul Qualities through opposites?
My dear, humans learn best and most effectively through opposites.
Imagine a little child whose mother laughs at a man who has the mind of a child for behaving and talking like a child. Her mother makes fun of the man to his face. The man does not have the intellectual development to realize that he is being laughed at. He laughs along...believing that the woman is playing with him.
The child knows deep down inside that it doesn't feel good to do this.
When you were a child and your parents behaved in a way that was painful for you, you promised your Self, "I will never do or say that."
Then as an Adult, you find your Self automatically responding to a situation in the way you thought you never would. How did you feel? At first shocked. My dear, this behavior is the opposite of your Soul Self. Then you re-decided, "I will never do that again."
You must first experience it so you will feel it and then have compassion for others who behave in that way.
It is a Seven Step Process. You...
- Observe the behavior in someone.
- Know, deep within, that this behavior does not feel good.
- Discover your Self sub-consciously Do-ing the same thing.
- Intuitively know that this does not feel good and you want to change this behavior.
- Transform your sub-conscious - now conscious - response to a response which is congruent with your Soul Self.
- Develop deep compassion for others who continue to respond in learned - now subconscious - ways that are in conflict with their Soul Selves.
- Practice. Practice. Practice your Soul-Centered response and behavior until it becomes your new automatic sub-conscious response.
What do I DO when I find my Self responding with anger or judgment, instead of compassion, and I don't want to be compassionate?

"Heal
the Healer Within"
This channeling was with a college student
who wanted...
"...help and guidance to tune in,
to be receptive. I want to see my Higher Self, and to receive
the power of love. I want to feel love and joy and inner
peace as well. It is like I have this urge to do something,
to make a difference, to be able to reach out and help and heal.
But, I don't know how? Where do I start?"

Message from Paularyo:
Good afternoon my dear. My dear, as we
enter your energy field we find that you have been a healer in
MANY of your past lives. That is why you are so drawn to healing
your Self today. You are 'at home' as a healer. It is your life
path.
As a child you were more in touch with
your healer within. That is very normal for healers. As you grow
up, you move away from it. The reason is --- you need to move
away from it in order to experience life as others do. It allows
you to develop deeper compassion for others.You
must experience life as they do in order to be the best healer
for them.
Today we would like to help you tap back
into your natural healing energies and help you meet your soul.
We want you to begin by imagining that
you have a bubble around you. This is your energy field. Notice
how large it is in this moment, my dear.
Now, allow the size of your bubble to double.
Allow it to be easy. Feel what happens to your physical body as
you allow it to double in size. What do you FEEL? Allow
your Self to feel peaceful.
Now allow it to double once more. And then
once again. Allow your mind to feel free and your emotions to
feel balanced.
Now allow your bubble to be the size of
mother earth. Allow it to be easy
And now, my dear, allow your bubble to
be the size of the universe. FEEL it. FEEL your one-ness with
ALL THAT IS. Allow your body to be fully at peace; your mind to
be fully clear; your emotions to be fully light; sense your connection
with Spirit. Allow your Self to be fully connected to Spirit
Allow the universe to breath you. Allow
your Self to surrender to your energy field and trust the Universe
to take care of your body.
My dear, the only control you have is over
your energy field. And when you allow your bubble to be as large
as the universe, you naturally allow Spirit to work through you.
In this moment, BE as large as the universe.
In this moment allow Spirit to take care of your physical body.
Allow your mind to be clear so that Spirit can work THROUGH you.
Allow your emotions to be calm so that you can FEEL the presence
of spirit.
My dear, this is your natural state of
being. It is as if you have come 'home' yes?
Now we want you to play for a moment. My
dear, allow your heart to float up out of your body. Allow your
awareness to go with your heart. Maintain your bubble as
large as the universe. Remind your Self to ALLOW IT TO BE EASY.
Please, my dear, do not 'work' at this. Do not 'try.' Allow it,
and allow it to be easy. It IS your natural state. Return to it.
It was the state you were in as a child.
You have learned to be in your mind instead of your heart. Return
to your heart for a moment. Just BE in your heart and allow it
to float up. Be the energy of love, pure love. BE in that love
energy. FEEL FREE to BE in your heart energy. Feel safe.
Feeling safe is important, emotionally
safe. Allow your Self to trust Spirit in this moment. FEEL safe.
Trusting. Allowing it to be easy. Allowing it to be natural. It
IS natural for you.
Now do some flips...jump rope...anything
that represents 'play' for you. It is now time to play. To BE
free. To trust. To FEEL safe.
My dear, know that your heart energy contains
the energy of your soul. And that your soul goes with you through
every life time. FEEL the energy of your soul. Feel loving, peaceful,
joyful...
Say to your Self, "I am loving. I
am peaceful. I am joyful...compassionate...creative...generous...wise...all
knowing
What else comes to you, my dear? What other states of Being?
When you allow your Self to be in your Soul - this is what many
refer to as your Higher Self. We call it your Soul Self.
My dear, in this moment, just BE. FEEL.
Stop thinking. Stop trying. Just allow. Allow it to be easy.
When you are thinking and trying, you have
left your heart and returned to your head and want to be 'correct.'
There is no 'right' or 'wrong' here. There is just YOU --- we
want YOU to meet your Soul Self. Allow it to be easy. Allow your
Self to just KNOW.
Now, my dear, we want your heart/soul to
fly to a place, any place it wants to go, and land. It can go
to a place on Earth or a place in the universe or a place in another
universe. It matters not. Just allow your heart/soul to go and
tell us when you land. Allow it to be fun. Use your childhood
imagination. It is still there for you. Allow it to come forward.
My dear, you imagination is the doorway
to your soul. Allow it to be easy AND fun.
We want you to invite your 'Healing Guide'
to be with you and we want you to FEEL the presence of this guide.
How does it FEEL to have your guide next to you? Warm? Loving?
Caring? Nurturing? Free-ing? Light?
We want you to imagine you can see your
Guide. Again, you will feel like your making it up. That's OK.
How do you see your Guide? What image do you get? It can be an
energy cloud. It can be a baseball. It can be in the form of a
person. Just allow it to take an image. You are creating the image.
Your Guide cares not what you 'see'... it is simply a tool to
help you to call in your Guide.
Now we want you to make up a name for your
Guide. It can be as simple a name as Charlie, or an exotic name.
You make it up...what do you want to call this guide? Your Guide
cares not what the name is.
Then ask you guide, "How long have
you been with me? For how many life times?" What does your
imagination tell you?
Now, tell your Guide that you are ready
to heal your need to please others. Your need to please others
gets in the way of you understanding what YOU want and what YOU
need in order to heal.
How does it FEEL to you to say that to
your Guide?
Now, we want you to ask your Guide to come
with you back to your physical body. Ask this energy to float
down and return to your heart in your body. Bring your Guide's
presence with you. FEEL your Guide's energy in your body. FEEL
your Guide's love for you.
My dear, you have a habit of going to your
HEAD to find answers. The answers are truly in your HEART, in
your SOUL. In order to heal your need to please others, the first
step is to practice allowing your bubble to be as large as the
universe. That takes you out of your head and puts you in your
heart and soul and returns you to your Guide.
Will you do that?
And we want you to notice, simply notice,
how often you want to please others. When you are in your heart,
you don't care what other people think of you. It's not important.
So, with your bubble as large as the universe, allow your Self
to just notice when you want to please others...when you go to
your head for the 'right' answer.
When you are a student it helps you in
the classroom to go to your head. It does NOT help you in your
LIFE. That is when you go to your heart for the answers to your
life.
Simply notice when you are 'trying' to
figure out how to please someone else. When you do, just laugh
at your Self - it is just your old habit. Then expand your bubble.
It will take you out of the need to please others and back to
your soul. Remember who you re at the soul level. Who your Soul
Self i. Write it down. Put it somewhere so that you will see it
often. Write down, "I am loving, gentle, compassionate, free,
creative, ...."
REMEMBER who YOU are.
Will you do this for your Self? For your
Soul?
PLEASE do NOT expect your SELF to do it
perfectly. You will NOT do it perfectly! You are human! Just laugh
at your Self when you return to your old habits. Allow it to be
EASY and FUN. This is NOT serious.
Stop taking life so seriously. That just
puts you in your head and you go into difficulty and out of easy.
Please remember that you are in the process
of returning to who you are - and then your healing energy can
come through. Go to the universe and play with your Guide! You
can do that while walking across the street. You can do it while
marking dinner! ALLOW IT TO BE EASY!

Taking
on the Pain of Others does not Serve You
Many of you have the habit of
taking on other people's pain in an attempt to help them. To heal
them.
Taking on the pain of other people
does not serve you, nor them.
Think of the times that you have
taken on the pain of other beings. Did it help that person when
you took on her pain? No. Did it help you? No. It brought you
into dis-ease, instead of into peace.
We would like to speak of how
to not take on the pain of others. When you do not take on their
pain, what happens, my dears, is then you can be fully present
for them. Being fully present for them is the grandest gift you
can give another, is it not?
In that moment you bring your
Self into peace. You establish a sacred space for the other being
who can then heal him or her Self if he or she chooses. You cannot
heal another person, especially by taking on their pain. It doesn't
work.
To bring peace to your Self, we
would like you, in this moment, to first imagine that around you
there is a bubble. It is in fact your energy field.
Insist that any energies that
are from other than the highest God Source of light and love leave
your energy field.
Invite into your bubble... your Guides, and your Angels, and the Masters,
and the God Source, and Mother Earth. Feel their presence with
you.
Allow now, my dears, you bubble
to begin to expand.
Notice, my dears, that as your
bubble expands your body becomes more peaceful. Notice that as
your bubble expands, your mind becomes more clear. Continue expanding
your bubble. Notice that your emotions become more calm.
If your bubble isn’t already
as large as your house, allow it to be as large as your house. And
then double it. Allow your body, your mind, your emotions to become
more and more peaceful. Double once more your bubble.
Continue expanding your bubble
until it is as large as Mother Earth.
Allow your bubble to become as
large as the universe.
Allow your Self to feel your oneness
with the universe, with Spirit. And feel the peacefulness in every
cell of your being.
My dears, this is a tool you can
use at any time to bring your Self into peace. Simply envision
your bubble, your energy field, and expand it.
Allow us to help you understand
why you tend to take on the pain of others.
Imagine that your bubble can float
up, even though it is as large as the universe, it can float up.
Your heart energy goes with it. Leave your physical body here
and allow the universe to breathe your body for you.
As your bubble and your heart
floats up, your awareness goes with it.
Allow your bubble to float back
in time, as you understand it. Look down over your childhood.
Know for your Self why it is that when you were a very young child,
very young, that you began taking on other’s pain. Just
look and see.
Don’t know the answer. Allow
your heart to find it. Allow your heart to bring you this knowing.
How did it serve you as a child to take on the pain of others?
It did, or you wouldn’t have done it. How did it serve you?
You were born with compassion.
When you took on someone’s pain you therefore had more compassion
for that being, because you experienced that pain. Yes? It enhanced
your innate compassion.
The trick is to return the pain,
which you forget to do, do you not. You put it in your body. What
happens to your physical being? It goes into dis-ease.
Return to a moment when you
first began to take on another’s pain, perhaps your mother’s
pain. Feel her pain. Know her pain.
Image, my dear, that you then
return her pain to her. You honor her by returning her pain knowing
that she has the ability to heal her Self, if she so chooses.
By taking on her pain, it doesn’t help her to heal. By giving
her pain back to her, honoring her path, honoring her pain, having
compassion for it…you wish for her healing. You then go
into ease, and into the peace of the moment.
How does it feel to give the pain
back to her?
We hope for you that you feel
relief. Many people, however, feel guilty. If this happens to
you, my dear, you believe your role is to help heal that person.
It can very difficult to let go of that role. You’ve had
it since you were a child. So the perception that you can help
heal someone else stays with you.
What does that do for your ego…to
think that you can heal someone? It gives you a sense of control,
but through time you figure out that it doesn’t work. Then
your ego is shot, along with your self-esteem.
All humans need an ego. It is part of the human experience. Taking
care of the ego is also part of the human experience.
Let’s go back to that moment
as a child, and imagine that the way you can help others is to
enhance your compassion by feeling another’s pain. And then
you honor that person by giving that pain back knowing that you
cannot heal them. Imagine that you do not need to heal others. Return to the moment, to the real you, to your soul energy.
As you return to
your soul energy, you are healing the ego part of your Self. Feel
that, as you, the child, give the pain back. As you give her pain
back, as you accept the fact that you cannot heal others, how
does it feel?
As you are giving the energy of pain back to people in your childhood,
it frees you to return to your innate soul energy.
Allow your Self to do this now in your everyday life. When you find yourself, your ego, wanting to heal others by taking on their pain, know that it brings you into dis-ease. In that moment of awareness, honor that person's pain, honor that person by returning the pain to it's rightful owner, and return to the peace of the present. Return to your Soul Self.
Being fully present for a person in pain is the grandest of gifts.
Allow it. Allow it to be easy. And it is so.

How
to Create Healing Moments
Take a deep breath and allow
your body to relax.
Allow the universe to breathe
you.
Allow your Self to imagine
a bubble around you. Take your time.
Allow your Self to notice
the size of your energy field, of your bubble.
My dear, allow your Self to
expand your bubble. Pretend there is no one else in the room except
you and allow your bubble to expand.
If your bubble is close around
your body, it is a message to you that you are in your head trying
to protect yourself emotionally. My dear, this does not work.
It puts you into circular thinking and it cuts you off from heart-connections
with other beings. It also, my dear, cuts you off from a heart
connection with your being.
Allow your bubble to be at
least as large as the room you are in.
Notice that as you allow your
bubble to expand, your physical being relaxes. Your emotional
being relaxes. Your mental being relaxes.
Allow your bubble to continue
expanding.
As it expands your body becomes
more and more peaceful. Your emotions become more and more calm.
Your mental being becomes more and more clear.
My dear, do not limit the
size of your bubble. If you have fear as you are increasing your
bubble, this tells you that you are not in trust. If you are not
in trust, if you are not in faith, it makes it difficult for you
to find the spiritual being that you want to be and to enhance.
Allow your Self to be in faith
and trust that as you expand your energy field, your life, my
dear, becomes easier.
Your intuition becomes available
to you.
Allow your bubble to be at
least as large as Mother Earth. Allow the universe to breathe
you.
Allow your bubble to expand
and become as large as the universe. Your bubble has no limitations.
With your energy field as
large as the universe, you are one-with-all. You have access to
the wisdom of the universe. You are automatically in your
heart.
Now, my dear, think of an
issue that was concerning you earlier today.
If, as you recall this issue,
your bubble shrinks, you have returned to your head. When you
are in your head pondering your problem, it can take over your
life. You cannot solve it from your head.
Push your bubble back out.
Allow your bubble to be as large as the universe. Return to your
heart.
You will notice that the issue
now takes on a different perspective, does it not?
When you are in your heart,
you see this challenge in perspective with everything else that’s
happening in your life.
The challenge remains. Your
perspective of it changes.
Use this mantra: It is what
it is. I am who I am. I allow it to be easy.
When you accept it from your
heart you have more energy for your Self to perhaps make a change.
Your intuition can lead you down the path of transformation when
you’re in your heart.
Feel your body relax. Your
emotions and your mental being relax. This becomes, my dear, a
healing moment for you.
You are always on the path
towards self-actualization. You are always on the path looking
for spiritual fulfillment.
This is your life purpose:
to enhance your being, your soul. When you allow your bubble to
be as large as the universe, you feel fulfilled.
And this is how you get in
touch with the healer within…the one who drops the pebble
into the sea of infinity and creates ripples of healing…healing
your Self and bringing the energy of healing to those around you
who are ready and willing to heal.
Let us speak to you of your
habit of feeling rejected. It is an issue that every one in human
form relates to.
Imagine your bubble. When
you are feeling rejected, for that moment your bubble shrinks.
This is what we call your ‘safety zone’. It’s
what you know. You know how to feel insecure. You’ve known
that for a long time.
When your bubble is expanded
and you feel powerful it can become scary. It is the unknown.
So you return to your old habit of insecurity. You know this.
You have been here before. There is a comfort in it, even though
it is very uncomfortable. There is a safety in it because you
know it.
When you find your Self in
the energy of insecurity, we request of you that you not criticize
your Self. Know that you are human. Know that all humans do this.
It is like retreating to childhood,
is it not? This is where these emotions were seeded, where they
began growing.
When you are an adult and
you become scared, you will often want to retreat, to make your
bubble smaller…as if you are a child looking for someone
to take care of you. Someone to save you. Someone to come and
make it better. Even though logically you know it does not work,
it is your way. You are human. So, my dear, be compassionate with
your Self during this time.
My dear, allow your Self now
to travel back in time to a moment when you experienced your insecurities.
When they came into your mind and were taking over your life.
Be there.
Now, in that moment, expand
your bubble.
Have compassion for your being.
Recreate that moment with
healing and compassion and faith.
Then return to this moment,
with that moment healed, with your bubble the size of the universe.
Know that in this moment you are healing your physical being,
your mental being, your emotional being and you are strengthening
your spiritual being. You are one with all-that-is. You are one
with your soul.
This, my dear, is a way for
you to heal your Self. You can recreate a moment. You can go back
in time and recreate it and heal that moment.
When you return to this moment
with your bubble as large as the universe, you have compassion
for that moment.
My dear, the compassion that
you have for your Self, for your being, is the most powerful healing
that you will experience. No one came in to save you. No one came
in to take care of you. You did. You allowed it.
Allow it to be easy.
Perhaps tomorrow you will
experience a moment of insecurity. Our wish for you is that you
will be able to expand your bubble and return to your heart. Yet
there will be times when you will not feel able to expand your
bubble. You feel stuck.
It happens. When you are stuck
just know it. “I’m stuck. I won’t be as stuck
later, but right now I’m stuck and I’m
gonna stay stuck for a while because I need this for whatever
reason.”
Do not criticize yourself
during that time. Do not over-analyze the moment. Be compassionate
for your Self in that moment.
Later on you can return to
that moment in the past and heal it.
Allow it to be easy. Allow
your Self, my dear, to be human. Have compassion for your Self.
For the human being that you are.
