Days after our phone session I am continuing to have insights and revelations related to it. Paularyo is a strong and powerful teacher. Understanding, patient, accepting and rather ‘demanding,’ but in a totally loving and affirmative way. Throughout the session it felt as if Paularyo was influencing me to explore the infinite possibilities, respond from my heart space, expect and accept no limitations, and give up extraneous ‘stuff’ that didn’t serve me. After working in Germany, in that capacity, she felt a call towards a career in human services. She subsequently earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in counseling deaf adults. She enjoyed a rewarding career as a counselor for deaf adults, a position as college professor, and served as the Department Chair/Program Coordinator of Disabled Student Services at a San Diego Community College for 10 years. (For more details, press here.) “How did she discover her gift?” In 1985 she unexpectedly and spontaneously discovered she is a Channel for Spirit when quite by chance someone invited her to see if she could channel for him. Initially she was skeptical, understandably reluctant, and could not believe that she had such a gift. As time passed her experience deepened and she became intrigued. After over 10 years of being what she described as a ‘closeted channel,’ in 1996 she resigned her position as a college professor to become a top-selling author, internationally recognized channeler, and popular retreat facilitator. In 2005, a Hollywood producer decided to create a cable TV show featuring three Channelers who demonstrated their ability to help people lead more effective, abundant and fulfilling lives.
